plan change help

guys i have a 250 home plan since sep 06,i applied for 900ul plan on 23 feb 08 and gave them a draft of Rs900..but the plan hasnt changed yet.....when i question them about it ...some lazy old aged man checks his computer and says the plan alotted is 900ul only but on the portal it says home250 and even in the speed test its givin me 1500mbps and not 256kbps.....is anyone else havin the same problem or has any solution for it???

What is your IP now ? 117.xx.xx.xx or Old 59.xx.xx.xx.Where you check your usage ? BSNL web sites or use some other program/s.

i have the older one.... i check my usage through dataone.in through the portal ie http://10.241.32.195/webLogin.jsp....

If ypur Ip is 59.xx.xx.xx you are still in Home 250 plan.
When you change tariff plan, it appears they allot you new IP 117.xx.xx.xx
and you cannot check your usage in old website.

the IP address doesnt change if you change a plan. I changed to home 1000 from UL900. mine is still same 59.95.. and still check my usage to the above mentioned link. To confirm your plan change you could go to your local bsnl exchange with the receipt of Rs 900 which you paid. they will find out the "order number" for you. order number will find out the letter or application you gave for the change of plan.
