Was making a payment on apple.com today and it failed when was using internet from Mikrotik
But on the 4th attempt using my mobile hotspot I was able to make the payment .
Is it due to 2 ISPs? Is mikrotik blocking something?
Faced the same issue on croma website also. Amazon works fine.
have you guys faced this ?
Sorry for tagging, have removed it.

Most payment gateways have a very strong TLS integrity. If your router is in load balancing mode with more than one ISP then you will face issues.

If both ISPs are in load balancing manner, then it will cause issues doing bank payments and even netbanking login.
Some netbanking apps even do not let you use wifi, rather do stuff on mobile data.

All connections are stateful and always tracked as per connection. You can confirm via IP > Firewall > Connections.

Since, this is failover, you might want to check if your primary is unstable.

Alternate::
Use Jio as primary and check if you still have the issue.

Well if it's working on Jio, then issue is seemingly with either the static IP assigned, the airtel gateway or even the physical connectivity to it.
I won't know if your pppoe and static is terminating on the same bng.
If you don't really have use for static, you can go back to using pppoe.

The error in the screenshot is not something that will be generated by Mikrotik especially not in Comic Sans.
