Planning to switch from BSNL to Beam in Hyderabad

Hello Everyone,
I would like to change from BSNL to Beam. I stay in Hyderabad, DilsukhNagar area. I have few questions in regards to beam.
1) Can we buy our own modem ? If yes what is the best ?
2) Can beam provide dynamic ip's like BSNL ?
3) Is it reliable in service like continuity of the service with out many interrupts ?
4) Do they provide the speed as promised all the time till FUP is reached ?
Please share your genuine experiences and guide me on this.

I personally don't mind static ip. But use proxies when surfing questionable sites(4chan etc).

sometimes they gives static ip's above 1000 /- plans generally the thing in my view how much stable speed and good service i get from my isp provider...whether its a static or dynamic ip...not a concerned for me .

Wait. Their service is the most crappy, No doubt the plans are the best when some issue arises the headache starts (Though depends on Area wise).
BSNL is revising their plan wef 1 Feb 2014 so just wait.

Both BSNL & Airtel have come up with plans that match Beam's. So you are spoilt for choice.

Does Beam still provide Unlimited Uploads i.e without FUP ? I couldn't find it on their site.
