I noticed people questioning about BBNL here. I am going through a nightmare with this connection.
I have never seen more unprofessional people and such worst customer service in my life!
After you get the connection if there are any issues, God help you! They do not respond to phone calls.
Please do not take BBNL connection. You will suffer if any issues arise.
Rather please go for established names like Tata, Reliance, or Airtel. Atleast their customer service is good and prompt.
