Please help with NAT Type 3/ Strict NAT. Tried port forwarding with static internal ip, DMZ, UPnP, Calling ISP. I don't know what to do now.

Guys, I can't fricking believe it, but it's fixed. Called Optlink (manufacturer), but the lines were busy and an automated response said they'll call me back. Asianet never does so I didn't bat an eye. BUT, they actually did call me back albeit the next day, and the guy upgraded my firmware through TeamViewer. Thank you everyone who helped me out here, especially @Spectra and @WieldyBinkie , but mostly the IT guy from Optilink: Sudanshu.

Another thing is that he mentioned is that the RX Power shown here should be between -7 and -25dBm, I don't understand what it implies, but he recommended me to call my ISP and tell them to fix this.

Your transceiver has a sensitivity upto -25dbm. It vary upon different models, but mostly -25 to -27 dbm is the lowest as I know of.
Although in theory the optical signal should keep going all the way it reaches the other end of the fibre but in physical world that is not possible. No matter how high end and pure the ofc is there will be some molecular level imperfection on the cable and these cause some of the light to scatter,weakening the signal over distance until eventually it can not be understood by your transceiver. So to combat this repeaters or amplifiers get place in between the fibre run. Ask your isp to install any or to use long distance transceivers on their end to experience a reliable connection. -17 to -23 dbm is suitable and a lot reliable.
