Depends upon wether you want to buy a Ferrari with a bad after sales service ( MTNL ) or wether you want a Maruti with its legendary after sales service ( Airtel ) or a Chinese car with no sales service ( Sify )

bsnl 500homeplan is good if u don't browse more than 2.5GB per month,from this plan u can download 150GB per month,i think best plan in india,unlimited plans are mainly for heavy downloading,150 gb is more than awesome at 500rs
