pls urgent advice

so i applied for a change from 500C to 750C,the selfcare portal shows that my request is confirmed and the active plan is 750C this all happened yesterday,i can't check the usage because it shows the link is under maintenance from around 5 days,the speed is changed is that some sort of indication

Yes, your plan has been changed. But, given the fact that there is only a week left for the month to end, why take a chance.

But Normally the Plan changes as per your billing cycle and not in middle of month for BSNL ?

BSNL plan change can take place anytime.No idea, usage portal is working fine here.

i heard somewhere that according to the new plan the billing cycle is now like a daily process

so should i CC,will they be able to tell me if the plan had changed

You can even go to local exchange and get your plan written if you are worried.

Best thing would be go to Local Sanchar Haat, Get your plan verified, printed and signed by some official with the date.
