guys i m lookin forward to gift my grandparents a dth connection in their 50 th anniversary... i want them the best... wivh one is better in quality Tata Sky or big tv??? i ve seen the pricing in big tv, i d like to for the smart south pack for 1990..nd in tatasky the south saver pack...so can any 1 plz tel me wich one to opt for???wich has better quality ???nd also wat are the difference in channels in these 2 above packs...PLZ TELL SOON... LOOKIN FWD TO MAKE THEIR BIG DAY REALLY BIG... ND MAY BE THRO BIG....!!!

ho to big ho..using it for past 2 weeks...no issues so far...quality is better than cable and dish tv...haven't seen Tata Sky..

afcose bigtv yarr go and buy bigtv under offer 2190 . in which u get all sports channel except neo and star cricket which u can do topup.

picture quality of Big is better but the sound quality is not upto the mark right now. they need to work on their audio transmission.

I have been using BIG since Aug 24th 2008. I can vouch for video quality. But the audio on a couple of channels are not up to the mark. For example, Raj TV, Sun Music or Isaiaruvi. Well these are the ones I had been observing on audio quality. However, the other channels like HBO etc have consistent audio quality. The Video looks good on RCA connection. I still have to check the component out. I would recommend Smart South 2190 pack for Ganguly, since one regional pack is free for a year. Your grandparents should enjoy them if relevant.
