Plz Help me..!!!

I am currently having 500C plan. It has night unlimited from 2am to 8am. im getting good download speed. Maximum i can get 220kbps download speed. I upload a lot. Upload speed is nearly 50kbps by using FTP client software, else normal upload speed is 30kbps. For download from 2am i can use softwares.. But I have to wake up at 2am to do uploading. nearly 900MB i can upload from 2am to 8am. I heard tat there is an unlimited rural plan for rs500 with 512kbps till 6GB, after that it becomes 256kbps. Is that good for me?. What is the upload and download speed for 512kbps and 256kbps connections..?. I'm planning for unlimited connection which can cost upto rs600 maximum. give me good suggestions and help me..
