its a prepaid visa card not debit/credit. It cant be used to withdraw money. I will receive it today. Not sure if it will work internationally .

You can apply for it. costs rs 114. Install Pockets App, create account, add funds and apply for card. valid for 2 years. Physical Card is optional. You get virtual card.

For registering the app you need to be:
Any individual of Indian origin above the age of 10 years with an active mobile number

If you are asking about a physical card - you can probably try registering an account & then try to request...

PIN is not need to complete transaction when swiped
