On 26th Feb 2011, i logged with one complaint, our Modem is not work. Overthrough phone the customer Technical Assistant will give some tips to solve the problem. Finally he told, i will send one Engineer to your location for rectification. On the same day one Engineer called me, Sir i will come there and replace your modem, he told. Still i am waiting for that person, but he refused to come. Today (02 March 2011) i spoke with your customer care persons for the case ID, they told your call is closed on the same day i.e. 26th Feb 2011. How? Now i bought one new modem and configure. Cost around Rs. 1800/-. Airtel service will bear this amount? Then i spoke with the Airtel support Engineer, immediately he disconnect the call. I am unhappy with the Airtel technical team.
