I agree on title, author tried to use more artistic title for his article, but he seems to fail to connect article with title, he should have tried something else :)

It depends upon company policy. Some companies are rigid about their timings and won't work after 'office-hours' or 'working-hours', while some companies may work. If Airtel does, & Tata Sky doesn't, then definately Airtel is more customer friendly.

I have got my TS and DishTV both serviced after office hours. In fact the DishTV guy Himself came after 7:30. The trick is to book the service request with the CC and negotiate the time of the visit with the service engineer and not the CC. The service engineers always help you out in the case of TS.

I have got my Tata Sky DTH and DishTV both serviced after office hours. In fact the DishTV guy Himself came after 7:30. I know CC people always tend to follow office timings. But technicians work as per their (& our) convenience.
My TATASKY installation also happened after 5 PM on Saturday. Technicians themselves called us and asked if they can come that day or else installation would be delayed to next week (and they perhaps had to achieve some target of installations). So we said, yes, you can do it. They did installation and also activated connection within 1 hour (may be activation is automatic and no person/CC help needed).

But my above reply was for the article, where the author feels Airtel is more customer-friendly then TATASKY, because Airtel's CC agreed upon working at his convenient timings.

May be he thought about the title more than about writing the article

That is what he said, I said. But this thread is against that 'said' thing. Now you also say the same thing.

The work timings of technician are more flexible this makes it more adjustable and we can also fix the time convenient. Once a technician visit is appointed by the CC it is good to take the technicians name and number and get in direct contact.

If BS had praised it then they would have called it "Special Article on TS" instead of "Poor Article" :hysterical: Because they have spoken some truth it is thought as poor by some poor people

The very first statement itself determines the skeptical approach towards DTh. Dth however, are unlike local cable operators! The service offered by DTH is much more advanced in public interest.
