Poor service and security insufficient

I am from Nanganallur,Chennai 600061. Just subscribed to ACT fibrenet last week. The utilization in 4 effective days has crossed 11 GB out of 30 for the month. The logout does not get activated in less than 30 minutes. Even that is not foolproof. This means that my allocated bandwidth is a free for all. The sales team is smart and suave. But the technical side is not properly organised.
 
What are you talking about? Your usage is tied to your account. No one can use it unless they use your account name and password. When you logout, the data usage stops.
