Poor upload speeds from Bengaluru?

Anyone else facing poor upload speeds (<10mbps) in Bengaluru? I am on their 300 mbps plan and their upload speeds are supposed to be symmetrical to download speeds.

I have called up their CS and they have opened a ticket to follow up. Want to know if others are also facing similar issues in Bengaluru?

no issues at my end. sometimes their server shows bad upload speeds. try some other server like Airtel

Seems the issue is with my router as connnecting the line directly to the PC works fine. Never had a router report low upload speeds consistently when download speed is fine. This is with wired ethernet conn. Is ACT throttling my router? Where do I begin to even troubleshoot this?

Upload a file on Google drive and check the speeds. It should be big. 1GB atleast

I thought of starting with a factory reset of the router and went through all the menus to note their settings. And then I found this:

I had turned it on to enable the SpeedTest button in the router CP long time ago and then totally forgot to change the default values.
