Poor Video and audio quality.

I am using both Dish TV and Tata Sky.Its very clear that, dishtv's video and audio quality are bad compared to tatasky. Tatasky's set-top box is very good and fast.Low quality STB is given by dishtv. its very slow while changing the channels.Above all, the services and payment options of tatasky are appreciable.

Agreed!100% correct.I have made lot of practical comparisons between the two and even I would say that Tata Sky audio and video quality is much better than crappy pixelated dishtv. :wall:

When Tata Sky was introduced, dishtv did some changes for their worst video (half-D1) quality channels. Improved the quality, but not near to tatasky's.dishtv is telling only stereophonic sound, not cd quality. its audio quality is less than FM radios and also not maintaining same audio level for all channels.dishtv is not a well planned dth. thats why they need to change the software of the STB later, when inspired from tatasky.Technically dishtv is far behind tatasky.
