Port Forwarding for Syrotech Default home page port 80 doesnt work

Hi,
I am trying to do port forward the admin page of Syrotech router using ddns. I sucessfully did port forward my nvr with custom port 8080
but port forward for admin page of syrotech ont doesnt seem to be working. I just don't get whats wrong.

I did disable the remote management (TR-069) which looked like a chinese back door with url http://devacs.edatahome.com:9090/ACS-server/ACS

Have you changed firewall level to allow access to the http and https ports from WAN side?

I don't think you need to forward port 80 to access admin page. There should be a setting to allow WAN access to the admin page, simply enable it and try accessing the admin page using your IP address from another network. Also do as @sloj said and set the firewall to allow WAN access to router. Please write your router model for specific settings.
