Check your email for the 14digit portal ID and password. ( for usage check )
After a week or so after getting new connection, if not received, ask the exchange.

Go to your exchange they will give u portal id . I have faced the same problem but now have got it . now i am facing another problem how to get log in user portal in dataone.in to know about my account uses.

WHY SERVICE PROVIDER NOT PROCESSING DATAONE BRAND AND PRODUCS USER'S FREINDLY NOW:wall:

For all new BB users it is BSNL Broadband ( dataone is discontinued ). Brand name is BSNL for all their services. . No idea what exactly you want.
Avoid opening new thread on same subject.
And ALL capital letters in Internet usage means you are Shouting !
Para two : approach your exchange and obtain 14 digit portal ID and password usually "password"
