Ports blocked in Airtel/BSNL

I have got a new airtel DSL line. however i am not able to put my PC into DMZ/ Port forwarding is not working. does it work for anybody else. can any body please help..

mmm airtel does not block ports. p2p works fine on it.

Here is what i did

1. Set up a static ip on my pc.
2. Entered the lan ip into the DMZ and rebooted the modem.
3. Checked on Open Port Check Tool
4. Same issue.....

have you tried downloading anything?

try test for email ports 25 and 110
same message will appear.!
Are you on Dialer mode? or "Always On "?

Thank i ll try that.I have been able to download using utorrent on port 41970. but when i try to check for vnc'in it is not working.can some one check if you are able to acess i have hosted a ftp server @ftp.velmrg.dydns.org uid : ftpinpwd : ftpin

Has anyone been able to check if DMZ or any other hosted application like vnc or remotely anywhere work in Airtel

Did you use DDNS menu ?
