Hello,I would like to use the VOIP service on a BSNL broadband in Gujarat. The Type1 modem requires a dialer to be used where as it would not work on a VOIP setting, as I would like to use my VOIP without computer kept in ON state.I understand that BSNL works on PPPOE settings. I have recently purchased ATCOM AT-510 model phone that includes a router in it. Under the WAN settings of the phone's web application, it has a PPPOE settings in it (the other two are DHCP and Static IP). The three fields that are required to be populated under PPPOE are:1] PPPOE Server:2] User:3] Pwd:I do not know the PPPOE Server for BSNL that needs to be used. Can someone please help?

Thanks for the response. I am very new to this kind of set-up and hence I was wondering as to whether I will still be able to use the AT510 phone even without switching ON the computer. As per your instructions, I need to use a dialer. What I was thinking was to use the AT510 as a modem/IP phone for BSNL and stop using the BSNL modem that we have been given.I would like to use the IP phone with SIP settings in it.
