Pressed Reset Accidentally. Can not reconfigure FTTH ONT.

Thank you. I had asked for their help last wednesday itself. A guy came over today and said since I had three out of 4 ethernet ports used I was unable to get the internet :D:D. After hearing this,I knew I had to call the higher official if the things are to get done. Hopefully they will come monday. Thanks for the help.

Thanks in advance for the landline configuration as well.
