Problem in Web Site

i bought my dish tv connection last year. i register myself with dish tv web site also.first six month they reply my every [FONT=&quot]inquiry and complaint but now they do not give any reply or take any action on my inquiry or complaint. i am suffering very much after taking the connection of dish tv. because not the web site working properly and service of dish tv is very poor.
