Hi, my bsnl dna-a211-1 modem is not working properly
.once i reset the modem from factory setup.after that the internet configuration page
is blank.on adding any new connections the settings is not getting saved.lan is ok
.please help
Only one line needed 0_35 with vpi/vci 0 and 35 for BSNL.
Keep additional 1_32 for reference. Rest can be deleted.
After RESET try to connect in "Dialer" mode .
UserID/PW entered in "Dialup" sort of window.
IF
not getting connected, ( Mention OS used )
THEN
Set PPPoE mode. enter userid/PW in wan page.
Finally Go to Management and Click SAVE REBOOT.
Wait for 2 minutes.
Try again.

. Do not attempt Firmware upgrade now
mention SW and Fw version of present model.
