Problem with Modem ZXDSL831AII

I am using brand new modem installed by BSNL ZXDSL831AII Modem for the past 15 days. On switching the modem for the first time, the DSL continuously blinks in spite of my phone line intact. I got to repeatedly switch on -off the modem then the the DSl light remains solid. This action has to be done every time I log on to the computer. For the same tel. line I am able to connect to the internet immediately using UT300R2U modem. Can any one help me out?

Thanks, the screenshots is not opening. Do I require to fill the DSL Home with my user name & password which comes under " Configuration " setup which I have done. Previously the user name was Multiplay with a password.

Your specific query enter your user Id( without @ bsnl.in usually )
and the password assigned to you by BSNL.

enter service name : anything u want
User name : ID provided by BSNL
Password : Password corresponding to that ID
select Session established by Always On
press Next
3. finally Press apply and reboot your modem
