problem with multi-user

I have just made multi-user settings in my siemens modem to use with laptop wifi. The wifi is working perfectly but when i don't use the wifi (when its idle), the laptop keeps on downloading data, i don't know where but it keeps on downloading. I have broadband usage meter installed which shows data being downloaded continuously.I checked it the wifi using it with my friend's laptop but the condition is same.

Have you used a security key ?
Your local Broadband meter cannot show download/s if your WIFI is used by someone else.

yes, i have used security key.

when i use the laptop without multiuser settings (the default settings) then the wifi remains stable and do not download on its own. It is only happening when i make settings for multiuser with wpa-psk key.

my modem is siemens sl2_141

i have made settings from this link SL2_141 (Type-B) ADSL MODEM MULTIUSER CONFIGURATION

Not clear . refer or Post SS of relevant
security key/router settings.
or
Check in Wireless Settings page
In box on top listing your WLAN card
click configure
Advanced;
Check selected option SSID or anything else

You can also enter the MAC address of your laptop

try changing the wpa group rekey interval to 0.(refer to wireless 2 screenshot)
