problem with my dataone broadband plz help me

hi. my modem smartax mt 882 has been frequently disconnecting say, for every 10 min for the past 3 months. but my land line working perfectly. i made so many complaints to the local exchange in person.. but no one turned out. plz give me some idea to solve this issue. or give some higher authority no. to make complaint on this.. i am from chennai.
