Now I agree with what's suggested on this thread. Just stop paying and forget about them.
A good customer service processes even separation with a smile. That sets the tone for potential return of the customer. Dish has a long way to go to learn this ...

I am yet to approach TS+. Will be nice to know of alternatives.
