Can anyone suggest me a wired ISP for Baner Road in Pune? I live opposite of CCD in Kapil Malhar.

I know there is a thread for Wireless providers, but we are talking here more about a place and it connectivity in general.
Tikona told me, that they have no reception.
YouTelecom has also no coverage.
In the Coverage List on the website of Airtel my Society is mentioned, but i have been told that airtel has no connection to my society.
I called TataDocomo 7 times and they always want to send someone but nobody is coming. Seems like they don't want new customers.
TataIndicom told me that they have no connection to this society.
Reliance also seems not to have any wired broadband connection to my place.
All the Wireless connections are expensive and i want a Unlimited connection with no capping.
Ok i was looking also for the Reliance Wireless Zero Plan. Does anybody have experience with the speed and stability of the connection in Baner?
Another thing what i was thinking about was the BSNL CDMA EVDO Unlimited plan. Any experiences?
Any other providers available? Pls share your reviews, opinions and ideas with me.
