[Q] Availability of 3g in Urjanagar - Please Help

Hi,I'd like to know whether BSNL's 3g is available in Urjanagar (Maharashtra). One of my friends is working there and has got a laptop. I've asked him to get a free 3g sim and test at his room, but he doesn't have a 3gphone. And he can't buy a data card now and waste it (if the speed result is negative).Any help would be much appreciated.Thanks in advance!
