[Query] Download speed diffence: Huawei 882 v.s Teracom Type 1- BSNL 500 Plan

Hi guys as the topic title says, I'm experiencing a drastic DL speed differential between the mentioned modems in the mentioned plan.While the Huawei easily scrapes around 240 KBps for direct downloads, the Teracom maxes out at about 215 KBps, same thing happens with my Belkin wireless modem as well.The speed test result difference is 2016kbps for Huawei versus 1950 for other modems.So, is there any difference in the configuration and has anyone else experienced the same. Also note, I would still use the Huawei but that modem has developed some problem b/c of which it tends to reboot at regular interval and is not stable, s its safe to assume that modem is useless now.

Every time I test speed, its different on same modem. So dont get confused.
