So i got a new jio fiber connection and paid around 3k rupees for the connection, the guy told me I have to pay for i think he said 6 months, I'm on the 399 plan. From what I understand I shouldn't have to recharge until after those 6 months right? but today i opened the jio app and it said that if i don't recharge my connection will get disconnected. Can someone please explain? I can't get a hold on Jio customer service, it keeps making me speak to the bot assistant.
