Railwire changed it's upstream back to Airtel

I am in JH circle. It has changed the upstream to Airtel. Ping to Chennai has reduced.

@Xposed I'm no more using RailWire, switched to local ISP with Airtel upstream, and currently using Alliance away from home.

Noted this on 21st January. Used to see much better US pings when RW was with Jio.

Yep. Service seems better for me now. Little to no packet loss playing Dota 2. Better upload speeds to Microsoft services like onedrive.

Sadly my VPN provider Surfshark is still blocked it seems.
