Railwire changed my ps4 nat3 to nat 2

Today i called customer care and told them about the problem and within few hours they solve the problem and told me to check my ps4 for changes and it did changed into nat2 . Now im really happy and enjoying my multiplayer games in ps4.
 
Did u ask them what they did to change the NAT type? Unless they open ports it wouldn't be possible. Have u tried to restart your router and test a new connection to see if u still get Type 2?
 
actualy they told me that they changed something like static ip and after that i checked and its changed into nat 2
 
You're lucky my friend.. Most of us are still stuck on nat type 3. Issue will be solved if you get a static ip. I guess that's the solution for now..Getting a static ip opens all ports

Awesome. Please let us know more details about it. Did u pay anything more for the static ip? and which plan are you using?
also pls let us know which state are you from?
