Railwire changed my ps4 nat3 to nat 2

^i have tried both but still its Type 3. So wonder how Mohan has got Type 2. Also i have spoken with the same person (railwire support) who had done the change for Mohan. He said he was the one who has changed Nat type 3 to 2 for a guy in Chennai (who is obviously Mohan).
 
You get NAT type 2 when all the ports required by Playstation or any other gaming console is open. Type 3 is when the required ports are blocked or due to firewall. It will be difficult to host games or have problems with voice over chat if you have type 3.
 
@Mohan870 could you please give me your railwire id? Would really help us cuz only then we have a tiny possibility to change ours to static ip.. Thank you
