Getting full 100 mbits up and down, no packet loss to gaming servers. Routing seems to have been improved both with Jio and Airtel backend (airtel better ofc). Nowadays I have no complaint at all except they charge a bit more than Airtel and Jio. And you can use your own routers and stuff. I would say 2nd/3rd best ISP in India now? Only Airtel is clearly better.

Their service is still cancerous on many places. Their bandwidth issue have been resolved since like mid-2021. If you were having with speed and packet loss then it was probably local or somewhere in between Kolkata NOC and you.
You never know when they will F'up their services again and it could turn out to be worse than before. That's what happened in my case. Don't have faith in RailWire. They are shit and so are the braindead people who work for them.

And yes, if you don't consider random ping changes of RailWire, I had a pretty good experience for a few months in 2021-22 after they upgraded some stuff (LCO called it "10G router") in several places. Very rare cable cuts and almost never speed slowing down.
And then issues slowly started coming in again some time in 2022. And then things went horribly bad from March 2023.

They have had their great times with Airtel and not so great times with Jio, but both were pretty reliable tho, except my LCO who became greedy and gave out connections like crazy chocking the local OLT, I had to move away and frankly don't regret moving away much. They were never that bad for me for performance but the consistency definitely took a hit post pandemic. It was my LCOs greediness and their unpredictable routing which kind of forced me off I would say.
