Railwire Speed Issues

Have been getting 1-2mbps since morning. Have a gaming(static) ip so can't even get a different ip pool.

My connection is now working better but, not like how it was before. Ping to SG is averaging 115ms compared to 75ms earlier. Peering also seems to be not working. Talked to my LCO and he said that issue was at Railwire's end. They had put us on alternate Fibre as they were repairing a fibre cut. I don't think the work is complete. I've mailed NOC east region, awaiting their reply.
 
Even I am experiencing intermittent speed drops for last 3-4 days. I asked my LCO yesterday he also said some maintenance work is going on Railwire side.

I guess due to lockdown, WFH situation their new connections has increased in Eastern region where there is less private competition and hence their services has taken a hit.

Same, speeds are all up again but pings to SG is like 100-115 also yeah I called my LCO and its a problem on railwires side , itll probably be fixed by next week I guess
 


Ping spikes are rare now and even if it does, it goes up by 10-15ms during the day. I haven't seen packet loss since yesterday. Netflix peering isn't working though.
