Raise your Query on My Tata Sky Sectionhi, TS has included Query section in my tatasky. so do log your queries in that section and within 24 hrs Customer executive of Ts will call you back. it is great idea because ts Helpline is not toll free.

EVERY Tata Sky customer can able to use their own account in site. So, use your account appropriately and same time raise queries same.Its helpful to you and also our forum

but i haven't receive any call from Tata Sky customer, so no use of this query in my tatasky section

everything from this section may be going into their spam or may be filtered to the trash section of their mail box :hysterical:Try posting with words like u r the best, I'm the happiest person on earth with Tata Sky..etc.. see the response time to such mails :hysterical:

I'm confident they will not call back..They dont care as long as they are not frustrated about it..Messages in spam or trash does not frustrate anybody
