I mean if I still had my car and Paytm fastag, I would have moved to some other offering. Paytm is/was definitely convenient with wallet connectivity. Plus with GPS powered toll collection coming up, god knows what's in store for all the millions of fastags attached to cars and bank accounts.

I think now its time to stop using fastag.

Aise Paytm sent a sales person today to do the KYC , I asked him about the new QR codes he said there is no update on that and he was just hired 10 days ago, they have hired 45 people like him on a contract of 3 month at 15k pm.

i guess they would remap @Paytm codes to some other bank to avoid these qr codes and vpa codes from stop operating completely or something.

its a mess. I have signed a new agreement digitally that mentions I will only be able to accept payments through upi and wallets.

No option of credit card upi or postpaid loans all are removed

RBI gives 15-day relaxation to Paytm, extends the date to 15th March from the earlier stipulated timeline of February 29, 2024. RBI issues FAQ in the Paytm case.
