Rebate for non working BB services!

^^ I hope they might implement it in the future. Atleast now we have a scope of rebates which wasnt present earlier.

They should, I don't know that its a law as of yet or not but ISPs must be made to pay for downtime. Its a matter of ones hard earned money. And if they want it they have to work hard for it.

for now i just need the power department to give me enough power that the inverter gets charged enough to last the power cuts.the government should be answerable to tax paying citizens on basic stuff which includes electricity and power. apparently we in gurgaon have a shortage of both. airtel on the other hand is excellent.

Power cuts here in south delhi too.Every night for one hour!

i think we have gotten around 1 hour of supply since last night here in gurgaon.
