My recharge is due and I have received message to recharge 05 days back. I am trying for Sun Helpline no since last 02 days for this but everytime I am getting the same reply that our customer support executives are busy and U will be connected shortly. What is the solution to this. I have already spend some 20 bugs on phone for recharging 100/= coupon.
 
dont get frustrated with this. Go to any of ur friend's house who has a bsnl landline. Jus call 1800 200 7575 no which is toll free especially during early morn or mid night. Jus recharge with Rs.200 or 500 so tat u dont have to recharge each month n also have a hectic experience.
 
Dear friend five days back I have done recharge for Rs.500 for 6months. The no.1800 200 7575 is TOLL Free from all mobiles and telephone.
 
hi.. i bought recharge card for rs 500.. but i want to continue with cable untill they provide sports channel package.. shall i use that card after 3 or 4 months.. ( they displayed that expire date is on 2011 on that card)
 
Dear Arun,You can use the recharge card at any time within the expiry date.But your connection will be deactivated once your 2 months free subscription time got over and you cannot view any channels via DTH.If you would like your connection to be active continuously, you need to recharge it.Regards,Chinna.
 
Same with me. I've been trying calling sudirect cc three times a day for the past 3 weeks but not able to hear any human voice. The service is really pathetic.
