Recommendations for a Second ISP Supporting IPTV for Multiple TVs?

Hey all,

I'm on the verge of disconnecting BSNL connection (after the lacklustre skypro experience), and I’m now searching for a second ISP for my home setup. Currently, my main ISP is great they provide solid bandwidth, which I really appreciate but they don’t offer any other services like IPTV.
I’m specifically looking for an ISP that can provide IPTV and support streaming to 5 TVs across my home. Any recommendations or experiences with providers that offer reliable IPTV services (alongside regular internet) would be super helpful!

It seems Jio and Airtel are the only options when it comes to bundled IPTV+Internet package

yup in my research airtel also seemed to be the ideal option but they only serve my area through airfiber and i that 399 plan was a good deal for me since i dont use ott apps until they removed it
