I think it is not coming with AMOLED? Some blog was saying that they had put a poll what they would like to see in the new Note Series and overwhelming response was AMOLED (which for some silly reason they had put, if they were not planning to have) and they took down the poll as they thought things like Camera and IPS LCD & Fast Refresh rate would get higher votes .

It is possible that Note 10 would have the usual IPS LCD while the Note 10 Pro would have AMOLED. Just a guess.
