Refund of payment from Hathway denied without stating terms in their Policy.

I wrote to Hathway with my account details and the following message :

"I have canceled my payment via cheque within 2 hours of submitting my cheque on the 6th of July. Reason of cancellation being that I am no longer willing to use your services. I was promised my refund by 3 of your executives and then 1 day later, my account was activated against my will and your staff is so incompetent to not keep up with their words. 2 ridiculous employees later on tell me that they cannot help me. You may proceed to check call logs with my account number to verify the content of this mail. Since all your calls have been recorded to improve the service, it shouldn't be hard to gather some truth.

6th of July, complaint has been placed to CANCEL my payment.
My activation of account took place a day later.
This is the most ridiculous part of the situation. Does your team deliberately avoid customer requests?

A Revathi from the billing department claims to be the highest authority who can't give me the refund that her subordinates have promised me. I am demanding a refund of my 1800 ruppees which your company has accessed against my will. I have not used your connection and the number of MBs utilized in my account is still 0.00 MB so, kindly do the needful and refund my money as I was guaranteed by 3 of your persons.

I have read through your policy and no details regarding non-refunds exist. I demand my refund of the amount of Rs.1800 as my utilization is still 0.00 MB and I have canceled my cheque and your team has failed to process my request on time. Why is it that the processing of my request was delayed in the first place?

This speaks of your company's incompetency and I wish to no longer comment on this line. I have wasted more than enough amounts of mobile balance speaking to a useless team of customer care executives and I do not wish to be a part of this endless routine.

I demand a refund. By law, your company is bound to refund my money. I have researched enough and more. I would not want to proceed to take action any further than this mail. I would appreciate it if you find a single executive to do their job properly and give me my refund.

I repeat myself, this mail is in demand of the refund of the payment of Rs. 1800/- which was made on the 6th and cancellation of my account.
I wish to receive my confirmation by today or a call back on 9916970461 from your team regarding this issue."

All I received was an auto generated email from an address I cannot write back to.
This service provision is beyond ridiculous. There is no stating in the policy regarding a "No Refund" and why is it that they aren't willing to refund my amount when the number of MBs utilized is 0.00?
They're the MNC, or whatever it is, and I am a regular user. Rs. 1800/- might qualify as a joke to them but, it is not the case with the student class such as me.
I have shifted to Act Broadband Services, anticipating all the times I would have to suffer with them in the future. I've spent all my balance on customer care services, it almost seems like I have the healthiest relationship with them. In actuality, no.
I hope these people can get their acts together a little faster because it's draining me and my pocket really quick.
