Regarding Rs.98 3G Data Recharge

Today I recharged for Rs. 98 from SALE OF BSNL PREPAID LANDLINE CARDS ONLINE -- User Session

It went trough correctly but neither my balance increased nor did it increase my data.

As Usual, I am unable to reach customer care nor am I able to figure out what this thing does. Now did I lose my 98 bucks? What do I do now?

Manager says forget your Rs.98 as you'll never get it back. WTF? I escalated to CMD of BSNL via email. Lets see what happens.

Why on earth did they mention about Rs.98 3G recharge on website?

Oh well, I got back the money only after I wrote to the CMD of BSNL. Those fuc*** customer care buggers are hopeless to the core. I guess any govt. insitution only works top-down.Anybody gets an error which says "This is not a valid prepaid number and its a one india number when you are trying to do data top-up" ?
