Relaince Big TV Customer Service troubling me a lot

I got problem with setup box and the following is the summary of how Relaince Big TV Customer care troubled me. 1. On Feb 25th 2011 at 2:20pm I gave a complaint about my setup box and Service Request No is xxxxxxxxx.2. On Feb 28th 2011 at 11:40am I received a text message saying above request is closed and Rs. 175.00 charged to my account. But No one attended to my issue and it was not solved and also my account was suspended without any reason.3. On Feb 28th 2011 at 12:00pm i gave complaint about the same and Service Request No's are xxxxxxxxx and xxxxxxxxx.4. On March 1st 2011, I called customer care and they said it was in process.5. On March 2nd 2011, I called customer care and they said it was in process.6. On March 3rd 2011, I got a text message saying xxxxxxxxx is closed. But no one attend the issue and my problem was not solved. Even I gave land line number in case my mobile is out of coverage.BIG TV customer care gave lot of pressure, tension by suspending my account, charged the amount without providing the service and also deducting my account every day with out watching or using your services or channels.and Still the problem is not solved and can some one help me out how to address this issue. Can I goto consumer court.Thank you

Btw, i am curious to know, if any of the DTH players actually charge u for resolving your complaints?? I mean, in plain terms, a Customer would complain only when theres an issue with the service.....that means the service provider has done a mistake.Why should a customer be charged for Service provider's mistake??I think i read this first time in the Thread Starter's post that he was actually charged for addressing his complaint!!
