Called on this number. He confirmed that dlc is 200 mtrs away from your location so we can't give you Metro ethernet. I argued what if i want freedom 999 _ 12 mbps plan. Sir that plan is discontinued. he said max distance from Cisco dlc to customer's premises is 100 mtrs. Which is technically correct. As cat5 cable can carry signal upto 100 mtrs only.I told him come over to my location tomorrow and show me your dlc location. which he agreed.is 12 mbps plan not available anymore?
