Reliance Big TV DTH false claim.

Today i called up to the CC to know my installation details.

I have escalated the call as my complient was not considered even after 48 HRS.

They said someone will call today by 4 to do a installation. let me see..
Its 4.30 now did any one call you from reliance:huh:

Really a mare. CC is getting connected only after 30 mins of hold.. nobody called me..I am just keep waiting.............:wall::wall:

Guys its taking a minimum of 7 days or more for Big TV to set up the connection after you buy the set top box, so don't boil your blood, and increase your BP, chill out and wait, it will happen, calling them and complaining won't help, guess as of now they are overloaded with new installation requests
