Reliance Broadband Connection - Worst Service

Hi,My Name is Karthikeyan. My Subscriber ID - 364728452032.I have been using Reliance Broadband Connection, for sometime. Am in the Advance Rental Plan, Even paid the installation charges of 600rs/- when there was nothing done as a part of installation except a wire was made available at my home.

Recently from the month of July my internet connection stopped working. I raised several tickets with the customer care and appelate customer care. But the only response i got was, the complaint will be rectified in 48-72 hours. When i call a week later, the old complaint would have been closed and i have to raise the new complaint. After 3 months of continuous struggle, a service executive visited my house yesterday 7th october 2014 , and after few investigations he confirmed that the EDP Box was removed in the month of JULY itself and that is the reason i was not getting the internet working. And also he confirmed that here is no chance of getting back the connection since there is no EDP nearby. The Old EDP has been Bypassed. I was in the advance rental plan, and there is no word about the refund to me. there is no proper response.

Am highly frustrated and disappointed with the kind of response from the customer care for the last 3 months with their irresponsibility and the kind of service i received for the money i had paid. I didnt receive any service for the last 3 months and i would surely need a refund of money that i had paid as rent and also would need a compensation for the kind of tensed frustration i have gone through. Even my reliance internet connection was down from July and raised several tickets with customer care. When followed up, they say the ticket is closed and will need to raise a new ticket.. this just went on for a month, then i decided to close the connection and get a new one. The irony is that in my area particularly my society it is monopoly of Reliance as there are no other wired broadband ISPs. So with no other option available, got the new reliance connection in Sept last week hoping this time the issue wont come. It worked smoothly for 2 weeks, then the same issue is happening, for last one week the internet is down. I raised a ticket with cc and it got closed as resolved but my internet is still down, so i don't know what to do now..
