Don't you abuse while talking to them?

I confess, I can't stop sometimes and my mom comes rushing in :(

Rapid Response Team??? is this an ISP or CIA?? lolz sounds more like they are gonna barge into ur house with all guns blazing and blow ur head off for having the guts to demand a connection!!!
 
I too contacted Reliance both using the phone number as well as the web contact sheet. That was months ago. Nobody ever bothered to call me and I did not bother to persevere either.
 
Reliance CC is teh shit. Avoid calling them.If you want a new connection --> Get in touch with the local Reliance broadband salesman. He'll get you hooked up in a couple of days as he gets his share of the pie by referring you. CC doesn't get anything by referring you.If you have an issue with Reliance broadband --> Register complaint via IVR. Don't even bother speaking to CC.- 6 month old satisfied Reliance broadband subscriber. :P
 
I doubt.. do these reliance guys have Hidden plans like airtel? You know what i mean. Did anyone get retention plans when you disconnected the connection?
 
To the contrary uptil now they are pretty quick in solving issues .....

looks like I spoke too quick .. Customer Service is P - A - T - H- E - T - I - C ...
 
Looks like i am the only person here to speak kindly of Reliance CC, but then why shouldn't i, they are spoiling me!

30 days are handfull number of days and I did not expect things to change the way they did ...
 
Kick that Sammer's a$$ . . register a FIR threatening to kill you & all. . throw your broadband outta your home. . get a new broadband connection .. . ::happy::
