Reliance broadband service disrupted in ludhiana punjab from 8 days . no hearing at all

Dear Friends

I am also now a victim of reliance broadband. From past 8 days their internet is not working in my area Ludhiana Punjab. despite of my repeated call they neither visit me nor give me any progress status. from 18602002011 i came to know that their dlc is down. but how come it take more then 8 days to repair it. Customer care each any every time say that we can not give you exact time by which your problem will be resolved. I even mailed to [email protected] but still no work on that. I have even complained on grahak seva also. following is the link.

No problem in my area, its working fine though i have another problem which is not solved till date by reliance which is whenever there is a power cut in the area the dlc goes down and no connectivity to net during the power cut outage.

hmmm strange. i feel then customer care might be telling lies to me that 20 cities has been disrupted the service. kang bro you know many friend of mine who are working in reliance, themselves says that airtel is way better in service then reliance. but airtel has the stupid FUP which is even worse then reliance.

cant we ask trai why airtel does not launch the same plan PAN india as they have in hydrabad. I mean they can give us 2mbps with 40 gb limit and afterwards 512 kbps under rs. 999

mod guys help us. may be some online pettition or letter to trai could work

dont beleive customer care guys, they are all educated to answer the same thing to customer, infact i hav'nt seen a single case which is solved by customer care of reliance, you can visit their main branch @ mall road and give ur piece of mind to them.
