Reliance Broadband(wired line) in Pune

A harrowing experience ... with Reliance Broadband (Wiredline) Pune (Chinchwad / Akurdi). It's 16 days in a row with no internet connection ... and still going strong. Thanks to the excellent service by Mr.Kulkari (9326676525) and Mr.Sanjay (9370991425) from Reliance Broadband who dragged me to to get their service. It's been 16 days and everyday the turnaround time to fix the issue is 24 hours. Till date they do not have a resolution to the issue, apparently it seems they do not have a clue what and where the issue is, since calling the call center always gives me a new reason (every day, on an avg, after a wait of 45 mins on the phone to get an angel from Reliance Customer care to get on the phone and tell me another fairy tale). I will keep everyone updated with the number of days keep increasing till when if I get to know whether this issue is resolvable or a resignation from these Reliance guys who do not know how to get their work done. I am definitely exiting from their service if it is not getting resolved by this friday.

I live in Vishrantwadi/Tingrenagar area and I faced this issue back in 2012 for the entire year don't forget to ask them for compensation. By my experience the problem wont be solved and they will only give you the complaint ID's thats all none off there engg came back to my area to solve that issue I did not change the connection coz of the Unlimited/4mbps line no other ISP offers the same for. As of now I face only connection drop issues which I don't mind while browsing but while playing multi-player it pisses me. Good Luck
